Most likely debris in the valve, try cleaning the diaphragm and flush out the valve.

Try this link for toubleshooting valve problems.

Zone running on its own

One of my zones just started magically running by itself and won't shut off. The electric is shut off to the system. I tried swapping out the solenoid on the R204 valve with no effect. Any suggestions? Am I looking at replacing the valve?

Thanks, Plymouth Jack
