Rain Dial controllers are okay. The ability to work with a remote would be why I'd choose the Hunter Pro-C

Irritrol Controller

I have an Irritrol 36K7 controller that is about 20 years old. It is erratic and unreliable and would like to replace it with an Irritrol RD 1200 Ext. Is this a good choice. The box is on an outside wall of the house, but under the eaves.

Thanks,

Stillc
