How to adjust Weathermatic T3

I need to know how to adjust the arc on a Weathermatic T3 rotor. The Weathermatic website is down and has been for more than a few days - don't know if they are hosted out of the Gulf area that got hit by the storm or not.

Anyone know how to do this?
