What's the model of the rain bird controller?
Most of the time it's user error.. but older controllers can have it's issues

How many zones do you have?

Be sure to check your programming again, read through your manual too.

Create a dummy program and set the zones to run for 1 min and see if it cycles through everything

Sprinkler system Program question

i have a rainbird system that was installed before I moved into this house about a month ago. I have adjusted all the heads like I want them and I have run the test of each valve through the controller. Each valve seems to be working fine and I can turn on each one separately without problem. However, I have the system programmed to come on every other evening but when the time comes only the first valve comes on. I have tried other settings but I can't figure what I have wrong. Any thoughts?
