any Richdel valve used a standard solenoid denoted by the thread size "3/4 x 20" - that means 20 threads per inch
You might be looking at a manual-operation piece that is threaded on the old solenoid, if you see coarser threads.
RE: Richdel 216PR Solenoid Valve Parts
Further to post below.
I've just bought a replacement solenoid for my RICHDEL 216PR with a P/N R811-24VACG which I was assured would fit the 'old' Richdel valve.
On close inspection the thread on the new solenoid is finer than the original burnt out solenoid.
Does anyone have a source for a solenoid with the the original course thread??

"Guys,
I am looking for a replacement cover for a Richdel 216PR. Is is possible or too old? The threads for solenoid are stripped. Maybe a solenoid also. The Richdel is black and 10 screws hold cover on.
Thanks
Mike"
Stick with the modern replacement
Valve bonnets are not commonly stocked as repair items. Here is your valve.
