Take the last valve apart and flush the mainline like that. Sound like there is debris in the main.

No I turned the valve by hand then I tried bleeding valves by opening the bleed screw but did not work with me.

I might have your answer. Did you turn the valves on using the bleeder screw?
Air trapped in a new valve can keep it from shutting off all the way.
Turn them on and off using the bleeder screws.

I'd take apart the valve that's leaking the most and look for debris.

Maybe your water supply needs a filter.

Flow direction is correct , the mark (arrow) is pointing towards the outlet.

thanks

Maybe you installed the valves backwards. I believe the solenoid should be above the outlet port on that valve. I wouldn't bet my life on that but I'm pretty sure it is. Look for the arrow on the valve that shows the direction of flow.

ICV 1.5 inch Valve

After setting up my farm I tried to flush the lines to remove any sanda or soil remaining in the lines. That was done by manually opening the valve quarter turn but the most all the valves (8 Valves) did not stop after closing the valve hand tight. the leaking water quantity is defferent in each valve.

Any suggestion ?
