Digital Sun S.Sense Sensor

Does anyone have any information on the Digital Sun S.Sense wireless sprinkler system? If it works? Alternatives?

In addition, how reliable are sprinkler sensors that stop when the ground is saturated enough and how much do they normally save(water bill wise)?

ALSO!!!! if you would like to look at the product and give me your opinion... it is located at digitalsun.com

thanks
