Zone leaks at lowest sprinler head

I have a sprinkler system with Hydro-Rain HASV 075 valves. One of my zones is leaking at the lowest head. When I listen to the valves I can hear one running slightly. I can manually turn it off but it starts again in about 20 minutes. I have taken the valve apart and found no debris inside. I could not remove the diaphragm but it looked OK. Is this the Hardie HR 1 valve or something different. Should I replace both the diaphragm and the solenoid. If so where can I get the parts and how do you remove the diaphragm.

Thanks
