Disconnect the number 12 wire at the valve. If the valve still leaks then there's a problem with the valve.
If the valve doesn't leak hook the wire back up. Unhook it at the controller. If it doesn't leak there's a controller problem. If it still does could be a wiring problem.

Zone 12 leaks when any other zone is on.

OK so my 12th zone leaks constantly while I run the other zones and is causing pooling in the yard. It only leaks when the system is running and its the only zone that leaks. Is this a sylinoid problem, a valve problem or a control problem?
