valve electrical problem

I need some advice. I'm dealing with a commercial 5 zone system. When the clock powers zone 2 it blows the fuse. With zone two connected to the clock it also blows the fuse when zones 3-5 call for power. With zone 2 taken off the clock (wire removed), zones 3-5 work normally. Any ideas?
