When the pump turns off there appears to be a tremendous back pressure that bumps the o ring out of its seat in the pump housing. Water spurts out for 6 seconds . Then the pump can't push water on the next start up untill I replace the oring back into its track.I have a 2 HP pool pump and a lake . I have plenty of pressure and flow.
