Help... I've got a Rain Dial RD-1200 that's about a year and a half old. Haven't had any problems until recently. I went to reset the time b/c of daylight savings time and the controller now seems to only be able to set the time in PM - when cycling around the clock 24 hrs it only displays PM times. Ideas?
