Landscaping. The yard is, for the most part, treeless, plantless, etc. Will eventually want to minimize the amount of grass cutting that is currently taking place now. I'd rather be proactive -vs- reactive when it comes to the unknown. Reactive procedures too often lead to frustration, making me an unhappy home owner.
I recently purchased a home with an irrigation system, however the seller couldn't locate the drawing showing the system layout. I was told the system hadn't been used in about 2 years also. Not being familiar with irrigation systems, can the layout be "located" similar to the public utilities before one digs? If the system can't be located by automatic means, I assume that the "hit and miss" method of location is my only alternative. TIA
