Can valves be installed vertically? I need to install valves, a control box, and pump switch on my irrigation system. The irrigation system has a 2 hp pump that pumps water from a lake. The 1.5 inch pipes going to the three zone come vertical up out of a concrete patio, to about a height of maybe three feet off the ground.
