RJ, With regard to GPM's from any given well, there are several things to consider before you even reach the pump. First is the underground source of water and how and where your point hits the source vs how your neighbor's hits the source. He may be in a much more porous location and is able to pul more water from the bed than you can is you are in a tighter material.
