My sprinkler system is not working. The display on my Irritrol RD600 controller is blinking. I measure the voltage at the 24VAC input from the transformer and it measured over 38V. The transformer is a class 2 transformer rated at input: 120VAC 60Hz 38W and output: 24VAC 1250 mA. I don't know if the sprinklers not working is due to the high voltage from the transformer or something else.
