Thanks for the help. No arguing that it's a piece of junk. May just have to replace it. According to the measurements on the web site it won't fit in the valve box.
Was wondering what type of valve this is and where/if I can find replacement. It won't close all the way. I have taken it apart and cleaned it up and still doesn't close all the way. No luck find any replacement parts at Home Depot or a local distributor.
