I have an old Rainbird Valve that has a bleeder valve on the top. My drips on the irrigation system stay on with a slow flow to them all the time. I just recently replaced the diaphragm and solenoid. After I put the system back together the system still leaks out the the drips that run off of that valve. Should I just replace the old valve?
