I am trying to add a pressure regulator to the valve on my sprinkler system for drip irrigationg but the threads are hose threads, so I added a 3/4 mht x mipt but the mipt does not thread into the valve correctly (the fitting is brass) what do I need to do?
How do I connect a 25 psi Regulator with female hose threads to a 3/4 threaded valve and then to poly 1/2 this is for adding a drip system to current sprinkler system
do clamps need to be used on funny pipe fittings?

I purchased some blazing saddles but they do not fit the 1" poly because they are for 80 or 100 psi and my pipe is 160psi do they make a different blazing saddle for 160psi poly?
