Although the timer appears to be set, the sprinklers come on randomly. Adjusting the setting on the timer does nothing. Today, even when the timer was set to "OFF", several different zones came on at a time. One zone came on normally, but all of the sprinkler heads in the other zone just bubbled. Unplugging the entire timer device had no impact on the water flow. How do I fix this?
