I have a townhouse with a small front yard (maybe 200sq ft) but even so, I figure one day it would be nice to have a sprinkler system although I don't know much about the process. It would two zones at the max, one for the grass and then perhaps one for a drip system for the flowerbed. In the next month or so I'm going to be replacing the front patio (approx 100sq ft).
