Hi Experts, I'm in Sugar Land, TX. Based on my test, I got only pressure: 58PSI and rate: 8gpm, is it normal? or too low for sprinkler system. I'm planning build my own sprinkler system and the first question bothering me is about the backflow prevention device. Do I need to obtain a permit from somewhere? if so, where can I find more details about this device? Thanks and Regards, wdm
