Backflow leaking after I replaced the bonnet and popper

Backflow leaking after I replaced the bonnet and popper

I have a febco backflow that was leaking upon my spring start up. I replaced the bonnet and popper but didn't fix the problem. Upon inspection it appears the bonnet and popper are in fine condition. What is my next step?
