Imperial, Valet timer problem

I have a 6 station Imperial Valet timer that periodically hangs up at station 4. I manually recycle the timer to station 4 and then it turns on. What is causing this problem. Thanks for your help.

Open it up and look at the number 4 dial from the inside. See if it's bent or loose.

The workaround is to assign the current zone four to another currently unused zone.

Also, for the sake of building the knowledge base, time this hang-up period for a few controller cycles.
