Hunter PGP vs. Orbit Voyager II - why no copyright infringement

From what I've seen, the Orbit Voyager II sold at Home Depot or Lowe's is the same as the Hunter PGP. I looked for links online that might show that Orbit is a spinoff from Hunter but couldn't find anything. Seems like Hunter would sue Orbit for using the same design, but maybe the patent has expired?

Just curious if anyone else knows the story on those two...

Hunter manufactured the heads for Orbit to sell.
