cost of a puller

What do you think is a reasonable price to pay for a used puller (ditch witch 255sx)? Or is there another puller that seems better than this one?
What about a used 100 cfm air compressor? What do you think is the best brand to go with?

I paid around 6k for my 225sx with 700 hours. I rent the pull behind type compressors for winterizations. Doesn't amount to much to own one when you use it for 3 weeks top.

I used to have an older Ditch Witch VP12. They don't make them anymore, but qutite frankly it was a lot smaller and I liked it alot more for going right next to curbs. Before that, I had a 410sx, that was WAY too huge. If you get one of those, which I don't recommend, I would only use it for larger areas.

Can you use the VP12 to bore under sidewalks like you can with the 255sx?
