New PGP Ultra stopped rotating

I installed a brand new Hunter PGP Ultra yesterday and it worked fine. I went out today to make an adjustment to the arc. After adjusting it, the head will no longer rotate. It stays at whatever position in the arc I point it to. Any idea what I should try?

I would install a new head. The one in question is defective. The last thing you want is a temperamental rotor.

I had two PGP's that were somehow backwards on the stop side.

Maybe one of the gears is chipped from the factory.
