Blue lock or not

Is this stuff any good for downstream of valves it’s a 50x50 yard w 70 psi static 3/4 water valve and a pvb thinking three laterals one up middle and one each side with 3-4 heads ea I destroyed old laterals on old system filling in pool w excavator so need to redo back yard zones. Too much information need to start somewhere blulock with swings or or poly with funny tubes.
Any comments on design plan also appreciated
