Recommendations for a solar or battery controller

I've been out of the industry for almost a decade and haven't been keeping up on trends.

We're looking to upgrade an existing Leit X 10 zone controller.We have no power on site and live in the Pacific Northwest. Our system is a mix of Leit valves and Rainbird PEBs. I'm expecting to replace the Leit values.

Ultimately I'll prefer 12 to 16 zones, and a remote or smartphone app if possible. It would be amazing, if I could add a flow sensor and a NO master valve. It doesn't have to be a smart controller but I'm open to it. Commercial or professional grade preferred.

Any recommendations for a system that might match our needs?

You have quite a list of things that you want the controller to do.
Hunter makes a variety of controllers. Battery operated, solar, wifi, remotes.
Controllers
This one's a 6 station but it says the same model comes in a 12. XC Hybrid.
