Tiny leaks in CPVC piping

Hi guys,

At a project of ours we are facing some tiny leaks in our CPVC (Blazemaster) piping. The leaks are as big as a needle (1 a 2 mm) and it appears randomly in our installation. It is so tiny that you can't see the hole with your eye.

Question 1: Anyone out here who experiences anything like above and has a reasonable explanation for these leaks? The supplier said it has something to do with incompatible chemicals due to filling with hoses?

Question 2: The normal way for us to repair these leaks is cut out the leak and fix it with new pipe and socket. Huge disadvantage is the curing time. Someone familiar with some other fixes?

Thanks in advance for your reply
