Help

I installed a new pump yesterday. The system worked fine for about 3 minutes then the pressure went to a trickle. I switched zones and it worked fine except two things happened. 1. The same zone as before came on and then 2. pressure was fine then went to a trickle. I do not seem to get any pressure out of the other zones, except this one but as I stated the pressure does not last long. I have 4 zones total.
Any ideas?

Are the other valves closed. Check them to be sure. My first question is, is it the pump or is it the system?
