Rain Dial controller... issue setting time

Rain Dial controller... issue setting time

Help... I've got a Rain Dial RD-1200 that's about a year and a half old. Haven't had any problems until recently. I went to reset the time b/c of daylight savings time and the controller now seems to only be able to set the time in PM - when cycling around the clock 24 hrs it only displays PM times. Ideas?

Reboot the clock. Unplug it, and remove any battery. Wait several minutes. Replace any battery, and plug it back in.
