New dripline install

Hi all, first time here, attempting to install drip irrigation in our 25 x 50' veggie garden. I ran a 50' 1/2 inch solid line the long way and plan on running 20 lengths of 1/4" drip off that for each row. Main line connected to filter and garden hose fed by well pump.

Two questions: Does that sound like a good plan for balanced flow? Will the dripline get clogged with dirt as we hoe weeds etc?
