Orbit valve won’t shut off

I have an Orbit valve attached to a four station manifold that won’t shut off. I’ve changed the valve three times, twice with brand new valves and one used valve that had previously been working fine. I’ve changed the diaphragm and solenoid. I’ve tried running it off the timer to get it to shut off and I’ve disconnected it completely from the timer and it still won’t shut off. The other three valves on the manifold are working fine. There are no leaks coming from the valve in question. I am stumped and would appreciate any help you can give me.

It sounds like you're changing the wrong valve. Maybe one of the other three is the one that wont shut off.
Maybe you've installed the new valve backwards.
Make sure the solenoid is snug clockwise. That on/off lever should be in the off position.
Is it the valve on the end? Maybe there's debris in the line that gets stuck in the new valves.
Make sure you get the air out of the new valve by opening up the bleeder screw.
Make sure the flow control isn't open all the way. Lowering it some helps the valve close.
