Filter

Hi, I have a lawn irrigation system drawing from a deep well. I keep having problems with my irritrol valves that stick slightly. I was told they are particular to any grit that may be comming from the well and told to install a T filter. Any suggestions? I would like a cleanable filter so I do not have to keep buying replacement cartridges. Mesh size?

100 mesh is recommended. A well water and pump distributor can hook you up. Two common product names are Russco and Vu-Flow.
