Toro super 800 head not rotating

Hi ,

I have one head that is not rotating. I checked the adjustment and tried in several positions but still not moving.
Took the entire head out to investigate, but have no idea how to take the unit apart to further look at the internal parts to investigate, any thoughts?
Thx BDX

The gear drive on the sprinkler head is probably shot. How old is the sprinkler head? If it still has warranty on it, take it back and get another, otherwise I would suggest replacing it, if it is internal gear driven, your not going to be able to fix it.
