Sprinkler Head Problem

I have a Raintree Rotor Spinkler Head, mode 2045a that will not move.
The arm that should bounce off the spray is not doing so. I checked the head and it appears that there is still a spring attached but the arm just lays against the spray of water.

Any idea of what is wrong or the adjustment I need to make?

I have no expirience with impacts, but what I would do is just replace the whole head.

I do not use impacts but i do have a wide range of knowledge about them.
The head is broken, your spring which releases the arm, you have to install a new
head or better yet convert to gear driven without diging.

Buy Hunter ATR impact replacements which slip into the impact canister
