valve for soaker hose circuit?

I wish to install a new sprinkler circuit that consists of about 100 ft of soaker hose, for use in a vegetable garden. Poly pipe will lead from the valve to the start of the soaker hose.

I have a brand new Hunter HPV 101G valve that has a flow adjustment knob. Is this valve suitable for this application, or will I need a special low-flow valve like the RainBird Xerigation? My house has about 80psi static pressure.

Thank you in advance for helping out!

You should be okay with the Hunter valve, with the flow control turned down.
