No power

Have a weathermatic indoor weathermate 12 station that is not getting power. I have replaced the fuse and the transformer/powersupply. Since I have taken these steps my next guess is that the board's bad..pretty safe to say?? I also dont see the little icon for the 9v battery back-up. The weather in the DFW area is crazy and its possible lightning was a factor. Also is there a possibility that it could be something else. But if its the controller I wont know if anything else is bad until the board is replaced...right? Thanks in advance!!!

just making sure you know the outlet is working... i know it's an obvious step
