Parts for circa 1994 Imperial valves

I've got some Imperial valves that I need to replace the following parts:

1) The little clip on handle (black plastic 'paperclip' looking) that snaps on the manual release valve.

2) Diaphrams - I've been able to use other products in the past and cut new screw holes but can no longer find these diaphrams.

3) The 6 screws used to clamp the top half of the valve on.

I supposed I could replace the whole valve, but the system was not installed well for maintenance. The valves are right up against the side of the underground box and you can't unscrew the valves from the manifold. Nor can you get a screwdriver on there well which is why some of the philips screws are stripped.
