One zone are completly wet even though turned off

One zone are completly wet even though turned off

Is it possible to have the zone still letting water out even though that zone has been turned off in the control panel in programming? The area is wet and getting wetter by the weeks. I am confussed. Please help.[?]

Sure it is. An electric valve can leak.
