Skinner 451 Connecter Needed

I am looking for a supplier of this flush mount connector. It uses a matching male connection to attach hose bib or sprinkler. The connection is made and flow started by inserting male fitting and turning 1/2 turn. The brass cap says "Skinner 451 Troy OH". A similar connection fitting would also be OK. I have several photos of it, but could not figure out how to post them with the message.
