need help new to house w/ system

just moved into a new house and arent really sure why i dont have water to the manifold or the valves . if anybody has any helpful hints i would surely appreciate it

For starters, look for an irrigation shuttoff valve. Typically, such a valve would be located just after the irrigation line ties into the main water line (and obviously AFTER any water meter if there is one). The next thing would be a back-flow preventer. There SHOULD be one, and if so, it typically has shutoff valves on it for testing.
