fuse problem

i seem to have a fuse issue in my system, cannot get the sprinkler head to pop in in a controled zone 1, that what i keep getting on the control box and cannot find where the fuse box in located can anyone help, my system is a toro i don't know nothing else about this, im a first time home owner and the builder is slow about getting back with me.i've already brought new sprinkler head replacement, just cannot get the head to pop up.
