Rainbird esp 6si: Run times differ from set times

Disconnected the controler wires and after reconnecting the sprinklers work at the right watering times but not the set watering duration. When set for 45 minutes they only go on for 15, set for 60 go on fo 18.

Turn the dial to water budget. Yours is set at 30%. Change it to 100%.
