Hunter Pro-C 1 Zone Not Shutting Off

I have one zone not shutting off. Even with the unit set to off that zone is getting 24 voltage. When I disconnected the wire the zone shuts down. The zone is number 3, on the module with the common wire, so I can't swap the modules to test. How can I tell if it is the module or the controller itself?

Thanks In Advance.

You could call a distributor in your area and swap the module. Try this first..... Take and power down the controller (turn off the breaker), unplug the module. wait a few minutes. Then reverse the process and pug the module back in, and power the controller back up. If that does not work do a master reset / clear on the controller. Sometimes there are glitches and you can only clear them with a shut down or master reset.

Best of luck!
