valve replacement -troubleshoot

I have one station which won't shut off once the main water line is turned on. Is this an indication that the entire valve needs replaced? It happened during a freeze. The station turned on and won't turn off. The other stations are fine. It is a Richdel 1" valve. Is there a manual on-ff for these valves? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Fixed it. Replaced the valve. No problem.
