Can a Toro GreenKeeper Be kept outside in its outdoor cabinet in the winter when it freezes?

Yes, the Toro GreenKeeper controller can be kept outside in the UV- and weather-resistant, lockable outdoor cabinet year round. However, keep in mind that the Toro GreenKeeper controller is a lower cost controller. It is not made with the same quality as the Irritrol Rain Dial Plus, Rain Bird ESP, Rain Bird ESP-LX, Hunter ICC, or the Toro Vision II or Custom Command controllers. One of these listed controllers would be a much better choice for use outside. The higher quality controllers perform very well in environments that experience high humidity, cold weather, or lightening storms.
