Replacement Sprinkler
I need to replace my entire front yard system with a new layoutbut unable to afford it right now. What I do need now is to replace the gear driven heads I have. The problem is that they are a circular pattern and the the only ones I can find are single stream. The single stream will not work with my current lay out. The ones I have were made by Rain Jet and probably installed back in the 70's, any ideas on where I should look?

Toro also makes the OMNI NOZZLE, too.

Single streams can work fine. If you are not replacing all of them at one time, be sure the nozzle of the new head equals the gpm of the old. If you are replacing all of them, a design check may be in order to see if system efficiency can be improved.

Single streams will water (a little) better and are more popular. I would use
The Hunter PGP or the T-bird (rainbird) for your applications. You may need to lower
or raise you heads depending on how tall the previous sprinklers were
