Rainbird 5000 rotor help

I have a system that has all rainbird 5000 rotor heads.I have one head that is at the lowest point on the zone that seems to be leaking alot of water from the wiper seal (I believe) but the funny thing is with alot of water leaking out the head still has the same pressure that the other heads put out? I tried to change the head with a new one but the same result..I noticed that the same thing is happening with another head that is on the lowest point of a diffrent zone, can someone please explain what this could be, does this happen with heads at the lowest point? Would the rainbird 5004 pc-sam head fix this problem.
Thanks for any help..
